The CO2 table I've been doing is pretty easy... I'm adjusting it in small increments as I just recently got back into free diving. That being said... would it be normal to reach my BP (4:17) after 20 min of ten sets of a 1:40/(-10)/1:20 CO2 table? It seemed odd to me after what I thought would be CO2 buildup and exhaustion at the conclusion of the 10 sets, but quite the opposite. Prev BP Was 4:02.

Thanks for any insight.... I'm new to the forum... love reading the information you all exchange here...

I found out that a CO2 table at less than 90% was an excellent warmup for static or dynamic. An expert told me that all of your blood passes through the lungs in seven minutes and if you are resting, CO2 levels aren't a factor.

Me and othes I know also have the same experience. However, I have even better experience warming up with exhale statics. 2-3 sets, until it feels bad but still not into the fighting and struggling phase. Then 3 min rest and a pb attempt. Give it a try!
