The CO2 table I've been doing is pretty easy... I'm adjusting it in small increments as I just recently got back into free diving. That being said... would it be normal to reach my BP (4:17) after 20 min of ten sets of a 1:40/(-10)/1:20 CO2 table? It seemed odd to me after what I thought would be CO2 buildup and exhaustion at the conclusion of the 10 sets, but quite the opposite. Prev BP Was 4:02.
