hi guys,
i always have to pee, if the real hard part of a static starts, even if i pissed before!!! does anyone have the same problem? can someone tell me why this always happens?
i know it is a really stupid question, but i just like to know that it is nothing i have to worry about. :head

The high CO2 stimulates the vagus nerve, which has several effects, including:
- General parasympathetic nervous excitation
- Stimulation of urination/defecation/elimination
- Slows the heart

The yogis have known this for millennia. They say long breath-holds accumulate Apana, which stimulates the above things.
