performance freediving with Kirk krack

I want to know if any one has done the Performance Freediving course with Kirk Krack ? There is one in Miami Feb 8th through the 11th 2002. I have registered for the course and would like feedback from anyone who has done this course before. Thanks.

Hi, if you dig around the posts on the forums here, you will see that a fair few of us have been to one (or more) of Kirk's clinics. Kirk offers the highest standard of training and safety,he dives below 70 metres, breatholds above 6 minutes, and has many world champions who have benefited from his training. I would suggest that if you are interested in being a better freediver in all ways, then do it. You will not regret it.
