This is my first thread on this forum. I have been reading to all of you for a while and I have decided to contribute with some of my knowledge...

A long time ago I bought a WaterWay monofin and the swimming pool training sessions were kind of painfull in both of my ankles and feet. I decided to modify the foot pocket angle. I only used some fiberglass and a piece of rubber.

I can now take more profit of the upper stroke without sacrifying the down stroke. I have been using this monofin for six months and my ankles are happier than ever ;-)

Check out the final result on the pictures. It really makes a difference!!!
