Please recommend and Spearo charter in Puerto Rico!

We are going to Puerto Rico in a few weeks and a bit shocked about the lack of response from advertised charter companies. maybe because we are contacting them from Europe?
Would anybody here have a good recommendation and contact details for spearo charters in PR?

cheers mate, yes we have tried Roberto already, we know he is a legend and the "go to" man in the area but he must be very busy as no response.
