Not a diet to loose weight (although I am a bit...) but to fuel 10 workouts a week 6 days a week... I'm meant to be aiming for 4000calories a day but am barely hiting over 3000. Its training for a world championship next year... I don't follow faddy diets like atkins etc, but I am trying to have better nutrition and a healthy diet
