I want to start pole spearing but I have a few questions:
Is it legal to fish in Tenerife (spain) with a pole spear? And if yes do u need a license or a permit because a polespear isn’t rearly a speargun?Do you get problems if you use a pole spear?I couldn’t find any informations yet so I would be happy if anyone could help me out!
