I guess he's handsome guy, but he doesn't stir anything for me! (Reminds me very much of Steve McQueen)

He does look like Steve McQueen! Julian McMahon was in the running for Bond. Now that's a nice-looking guy
 
True! he is more of a "Thomas Crown Affair" bloke than a smooth Sean Connery.

I saw move clip on the net and he does have an amazing physique though mmmmmm

There's NO other Sean Connery - Or Roger Moore for that matter (C'mon, he was good!). The "Bond" actor seems good, the "Femme Fatale" seems good, the Aston Martin IS good, but - do the stunts look a bit too digital? Maybe a bit too much Hollywood for my taste.
 
i think sean connery was by far the best 007 , intersting enough, my wife believes that it was timothy dalton..
 
Connery almost didn't get the role. He was described as a Scottish bricklayer - not exactly the suave character that we all know and love

Watching something the other day they said that NONE of the stunts were CGI, all done for real, they seemed quite proud of the fact.
 
Sadly, I believe there's no Miss Funny-fanny in this film? What gives?
 
Your probably asking about the new bond himself, there I must agree with riffdiver. As for what Ive seen on the trailers... Fast cars, fast action and fast etc, what more can you ask for in a action movie...
 
will take my Dad to see it this week, it has just been released in Dubai. Aside from that, have to take Mum to a Spanish concerto... a Spanish something else would be nice rofl
 
The new guy was great in Layer Cake. He might work as a contemporary Bond.

Yeah he was very good in Layer Cake. If you haven't seen 'Snatch' or 'Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels' I would suggest you watch those. They have the same kind of feel to them.

I've seen the trailer; after that I choose too go to "Borat" instead. Now there’s a funny film
 
I watched the movie yesterday and its a nice one to sit with a smile on your face. BUT I think hardcore 007 fans will find it poor as it is not a classical bond movie. No show me my gadgets part, no flirt with Moneypenny, new hand gun etc etc...
