Pontoon Improvements

Hi All

The powertools have been out and we are making progress with the upkeep and improvements of the pontoon.

This weekend we painted the shed and all the bottom weights, got the new rope out for a play, remounted the boom and put some hooks up in the shed so things can be hung up to dry instead of fester - please respect this and keep the shed tidy and dry as poss. I am also sorting out and replacing the wrist straps.

At the next meet, we will be starting work on the counter ballast which means we can dive deeper even when we do not have a full scuba team.

All this obviously costs a bit of cash - if you have not had an email from me with bank details and would like to contribute something, please email or PM me and I will send them on.

Eeeeurghhhhhh - put a picture of that on the plate it'll drive everyone back to the top quicker.

I had a go on a big hooj scooter last weekend down in Plymouth. I can safely say that one of them has now appeared on my shopping list ... But at 2 and a bit grand, it'll be a while before I get it methinks...
