Hi guys, is there any danger if I am sitting in my easy chair by myself practicing my max breath holds? I just started recently with a best of 3min, but I would like to do 4min this weekend. Should I have someone watching me, or if I pass out will I just wake up a few seconds later anyway? Thanks for any opinions!

I have just been practicing by myself sitting in my chair and have not had any problems and I assume that if you were to pass out your body would normaly resume breathing. But I could be wrong and there could be some danger...
