Pranayama yoga (breathing yoga) excercises with MP3's

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
This monotone voice on the mp3 has an explanation... When you attend a relaxation class or maybe a visit to your psychologist to learn relaxation techniques, they all talk to you on this monotone voice to not induce on your senses any feeling. So only by your development on the techniques they explain, you can reach your goals. This is very significant in relaxation methods like "Schultz autogenic training", considered for most, the very best of all... and how a surprise!!! this method is based (not entirely) on Yoga

This method allows you to relax your muscles, perform a calm sensation on your body, slow your heart rate and fresh your mind... but is a little difficult to learn, not impossible!!! :D

There are a lot of resources if you search it on Google, for example with this chain [+schultz +training +autogenic]

Personally, as I can never train static wet, I've tried a lot of musics and actually my two longer breathholds (5'52 and 6'00) have been done in dry with the Beethoven's 9th.
Try it and tell if it also works for you.

Or you can also try "Every breath you take"... It works well, but it's not enough long, sou I must program Beethoven after it. Not scientific method, but it seems that with this song, time flies.

My static PB (5:03 - in the bathtub ) was achieved while Jeff Buckley's album Grace was playing in the background, all over the practice session.

Should we make a new thread called "Post your favorite static training music" ? :) coz I might have pleanty to recommend.

Michael.
