One question about pre dive preparation.
Can someone describe me his pre-dive preparation and warm up techniques.

Everyone's warm up is going to be different. Mine consists of 10 - 15 minutes of pack stretching before I enter the pool or do my gym workouts - it always seems to put me in a place to prepare my body and mind for the task at hand.

Pool - also includes doing about 10 - 15 minutes of what is termed as "Beaver Swimming". This is a technique I learned from Pipin while attenind the IAFD's instructor certification course last month.

I am sure there will be others who have other techniques.
