Hi Guys, I'm new in freediving, lately I'm working on frenzel equalization ... I'm able to head down on the 5 meter pool .. but when I'm equalize with frenzel it will produce sound like squeeze voice on my mouth, well the sound didn't disturb me, but maybe my buddy would be... Do you know what happen ?

and also when I try dry equalization, I able hear sound like wind blowing on my left ear, but on my right ear it's just pop sound. Is this normal ?

Thanks

Hi!
From what I know, sounds while trying to frenzel equalize mostly come from not performing frenzel properly, i.e. you are probably using a mix of frenzel and valsalva. Put one hand on you belly/chest when you dry practice you frenzel - there should be absolutely no movement.
For me Adams videos are always helpful. Maybe this will offer some insights: .

Unfortunately, I have no clue with respect to your second question...

Best,
JP
