Hi all.
I pack 6 or 8 final breathes when doing both O2 and CO2 tables and when I attempt a PB during my dry training. I read somewhere that this isn't a good thing to do but without explanation.
Can anyone enlighten me about this?
Thanks

Your packing to much air on to your lungs when your dont know what your doing so that the lungs can get damaged.

Okay thanks. So no packing at all? I only sip but not to the point that it is uncomfortable.

Im a beginner and im told to not do this in the beginning when im totally new to all this. Check out this youtube video and also Watch the rest of the series.

After i watched that video i stopped packing. Really dont need that in the beginning and i just focus on technic instead.
