Puerto Plata - freediving and spearing in Dominican

Anyone have any experience in the Dominican with spearing or recreational freediving?

I will likely be there shortly and would love to get some salt water over my head with a buddy / safety diver.

I anticipate some decent snorkeling, but would love to hit some of the dive spots with a fellow Freediver.

I understand that there are some great underwater reef walls / cliffs nearby.

hi, how was your research? any freedivers in Dominicana? Any freedive clubs?

Might be there in couple month to thinking of what gear should I take to get max joy of the trip.

There's a Freediver in Puerto Plata - she's Canadian and a DJ.

Worth looking into for a dive buddy!
