Welcome to DeeperBlue, great to see some more Aussies on board.
Scott - a quick lesson in Australian names. We always chuck a Y, A or an O on the end of a name, it just makes more sense that way. It can be state based (Y up north, O down south) too, so White can be Whitey, Whito, Ben can be Benny, Benno, Gary is Gazza, Barry is Bazza, and anyone with red hair is called Blue.
The only exception is the name Bruce.
