Question about Digital Camera Cases

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

hey everyone, Just wondering if anyone uses those sort of plastic cases over there digital camera and takes them freediving or Scuba. I'm considering getting one for my Kodak DX4330 and i am just afraid of leaks and whatever else killing my camera. Seems like just putting a plastic bag around them haha. Thanks for any advice and comments.
 
A glorified plasti bag, I wouldn't take it deeper than 5 meters. Test it out first without the camera for leaks, putting something the same size inside. Pressure might also damage the camera if you go too deep. I was going to make one for one of my cameras but was afraid I might damage it.
