This is an interesting configuration for the RA guns. But you need to use a short bungee, reel or break away on you line.

He stops spear noises against the barrel, and you can shoot in any position.

Is a bit harder to get the line in... but worth it!

Will post more picts about the rest of the configuration with a break away.

Post your ideas... a good rig is essential for a good hunting: isn't Mullins????

Hiya

Thats one of the reasons i like my Rabitechs. The rail on the rabitech is much deeper than that of the RA. How-ever, i've never had any problems with the spear banging of falling off the rail of my RA Saracen.

Have you tried shooting the way the gun is rigged in the picture??? Looks like the crimp on the line could catch the line keeping the spear down.

Just my 0.02c.

I've shooting with this configuration all this season... and never had any problem. The crimp has never get on the way in any of the positions I've use the gun.

A single wrap: from the muzzle to the line release, to get around the shaft and back to the reel or break away.
