don't remember the stats. i have been diving for many years (scuba),but enjoy freediving as much as scuba. started out as a freediver 25 yrs ago. no formal training in breathe hold other than what i taught myself. just intrested in text results, this seemed good place to get explained. don,t aspire to the level of pro just want to improve my tech.
as stated in other query i made 76' and 3 min. 35 sec. in static the reply i got stated that the clinic in miami? i would be in the advanced class. how so i am a rank amatuer(please excuse spelling) most of what i have learned about sport has been on this site in the past 2 weeks! never knew that what i used to call "snorkling" was such a highly tuned art form. some of depts and times i have read on this site border on the super human.
the reply that i got about being relaxed could explain my ability i find a peace under water that i can,t achieve on the surface. many thanks to those who replied. if some of my questions seem silly, sorry i am clueless about sport.
