How about a recipe section in the spearo forum???

I fried up a bunch of perch and bluegill that I shot for dinner last night, but I am looking for other ways to cook them. They tasted great, but my wife isn't too crazy about fried foods.

I really love sushi, but that's not possible with fresh water fish. :(

I am thinking that we could have a whole section on how spearos like to cook up their favorite catch.
