Recreational Freediver from Sydney!

Hi everyone,

My name is Manny, and I'm from Sydney.

I'm really into underwater videography and exploring different dive sites. I would like to use my freediving skills as a means to get closer to marine life and observe them in their natural state.
I did do a bit of scuba diving before hand, but I found many marine life were spooked out by the bubbles and breathing.

In my spare time, I run a youtube channel, called Ocean Chan Freediving, which is purely for fun, and to share what I see on my dives.

Thanks for welcoming me! Yeah, I've taken the AIDA level 2 course, hoping to continue my training in Bali next year!

Where do you do most of your diving?

Pacific coast, though I haven't done much in recent years. It would be nice to get back into it. I live close to La Jolla, which is supposed to have good diving conditions. Just too busy these days, ya know?
