Recreational Freediver Looking to go Deeper

Any thoughts on which schools/workshops in the US offer the best transition from untrained hobbiest to skilled (although not competitive) freediver? I am not looking to set depth records for my age group... Just more bottom time!

Depending on where you would like to do your programs, I would suggest either of these as they offer great professional guidance with focuses on safety:

If you have even a modest amount of experience with freediving, either will be fabulous. PFI is probably closer to you.
