I have recently started doing remote coaching for other divers around the world, mainly for those who want to work on perfecting their dynamic without fins technique but I also cover lots of material on relaxation, dealing with max dives and competitions, stretching and flexibility, monofin technique, etc at a level to suit you. This is one on one coaching over a period of two months for a pretty small fee especially if you live in Europe! Coaching over a period of time means that you can go away and work on a single aspect of technique over the week and then start to pull everything together slowly.

So far I've had some good sucess with Bjarte Nygard and Christian Ernest who won the DNF A-final and B-final respectively at the recent world champs in Denmark.

I only take on a few people at any one time to ensure that they get maximum benefits. At the moment I have a couple of spaces available to start as soon as it suits you. Please send me a private message with your email address if you are interested in finding out more.

Just wanted to put in a good word for Kathryn and her coaching ability. She has excellent technique herself (especially in no fins) excellent analytical ability, with an keen eye for detail. She also has the experience and common sense to know what technique issues to adress in what order.

A word of warning though, a decent level of committment will be needed to get the best from her advice - she didn't earn her nickname of Madame Lash for nothing! :martial
