Im wondering what people think the best way to replicate the 'work/effort' used under water during spearfishing is when apnea training on land (see other post... I have no pools to play in) Is it jogging, walking, combinations? Any tried and tested or radical new ideas mind you id like to avoid the run up and down your road in full kit idea
and while im here anyone got any ideas on replicating a straight freedive for depth etc. any funky equations etc gladly recieved (i.e walking 5miles in apnea is equivilent to diving 30m and suffering a SWB rofl ) only kidding but you catch my drift.
