Howdy all,
Well my static was a little faster than I planned , least that speed rubbed off the next day to zoom me to the 100m+ barrier.No warm-up for that, (apart from watching some cute girls doing kayak training in the other pool.er...yeah....anyway...)
Complete contrast to constant weight I'll add,
bit of a causal static down there followed by
a thought of... perhaps my name is on a tag.....I'll closely check each one just to be sure...I needed any excuse to stay down there at a leisurely 20m
I'll pay for it next static session, I'll end up with a few extra seconds added!
for nearly drowning the safety diver & judge Fran.OOps
But overall Awesome comp, - National Records every comp & PBs are a common place now it seems.
