A very quick question that I haven't found elsewhere:

From my understanding, a maximal forced exhale will bring one to their RV, and reverse packing must be bringing it down further.

What would most people's minimum volume limit be in reverse packing?

I assume that this could help one determine what depth-pressure they can simulate in training.

Many thanks!
