I am under the impression my RV diving ( till 9 m) is the reason I am feeling intense rib cage pain when doing above threshold-VO2max training sessions on the bike or running.
Has anyone else noticed anything similar ? Maybe I have exceptionally bad rib cage flexibility?? I also use a pilates ball for rib cage stretching occasionally (2-3 /week). I think it is rib cramps and it happens only when I am freediving. Rest of the year when I don't freedive I don't have this problem ever especially with cycling.
