Happy New Year y'all! Hope it was a good one and you have kept all your resolutions so far..... (just in time to break them all at the rather-late SaltFree Christmas Do this Saturday!)

Just to let you know that dates for 2007 meets are now up on

Some of these have changed as my work schedule kicked in so please check them and put them in your new diaries.

Most significant date - this year's competition will be 28/29 July
Most significant fact - the competition will be a Double Depth type event with Constant Weight with and without fins over two days - so take your fins off and get training! This decision has been made as the AIDA World Individuals in autumn will almost definitely be in these two disciplines and we all need to practise.

More info on how to enter as soon as I get time to build the website.
