Hello, fresh member from Louisiana here, and after reaching my thread view count limit, decided to go ahead and make an account.

Ive only recently discovered the beauty of freediving, and with it being the end of summer and start of the school year, will not be able to freedive till next year. Although, this gives me all Fall, Winter, and Spring to work on my static apnea, which i have managed to reach 3:30 in a few days.

My goal is to hit 5:00 by the end of this year, and 6:00 by the start of summer, which i hope this forum will be able to help me with.

Hello and welcome on DB... Apnea is a nice and risky (If you do it in the wrong way) sport. You need a buddy with free diving knowledge or it is better if you can find someone who can offer you a course at your place. All best and hope you'll achieve your goal soon
