Hello everyone, I'm 24 yo and I just begun this freediving path travel, I have a poor knowledge about this, but I started to read some books and watching videos to lear all about as possible. Here were i live there are so much lakes, rivers, and seashore to explore, I want to explore all. I have no equippment already, and no regular skill, but i know i will improve all.

Hi Neil, welcome to the Deeperblue Forums! Glad you could join us. It sounds like you're in an excellent location for diving. Do feel free to post stories and pictures from your dives. Do you spearfish?

Yeah, I want to post all stories that I will be part in, and no, I don't do spearfish yet, but I want to do it when I can afford a speargun. Another thing is I do photography as a hobby, do you know if I need a special camera to take pics underwater at hihg pressures levels?

You can buy a specialized camera or you can purchase a waterproof housing. In either case, there is usually a depth rating, so you can be reasonably assured that your camera will be okay up to a certain depth.

We have an Underwater Photography section in this forum. There may be some good recommendations for equipment in there.
