Salvimar Carbon-fiber oil type?

Hello, I stripped down my salvimar dark side and noticed it had a light grease inside it.

Is it ok if I replace it with traditional lightweight fork oil, for better piston speed?

I remember reading on a bike forum that some oils will penetrate and destroy carbon fiber. So I'm a bit worried.
