So I had my Salvimar Noah belt mount broken, aswell as my friends (Okis) exacly same story happen after 9 and 3 months.

the damage is unrepairable due to the way the mask rubber mount eye is made of very soft rubber, clearly to make this things happen as a way to elder their products so you buy new. Unfortunately if you use mask often this happens quite fast.

I have messaged Salvimar on 11 december on their service email with photos of both masks, yet 3 months later no reply. Time to avoid salvimar since post sales customer service is non existant.

What did they reply?

Soooo, you sent ONE mail 11dec? Have you sent a follow-up? I’d bomb them with emails until they answer.

I gave them a chance, dont have to bomb them. Was talking with support in early Jan and got reply "that they have holidays till mid Jan" thats why no reply yet - but as you can see 2 months later SILENCE. I've been traveling through south east Asia for 3 months too hence I had little time to push forward the topic.

Did you contact the main office or local distributor? I have the Noah as well and I like it. It got good reviews, first time I hear of complaints. But I have not used it enough. I alternate it with the sporasub mystic. Since it is frameless I wondered if the silicone would give way eventually..

I have contacted main salvimar service line that I was given.
Check your mount eye. As you can see on one of my photos one side riped but the other one almost ripped through too.

If inside the hole was a tiny bit of plastic ring around that would protect from belt pin ripping through it would last much longer. The pin is quite tiny, and when pushed against the hole it slowly makes its way out through soft rubber on pressure. Eventually will break through.
Another idea is to 'solder' the rubber mount with some polymer or glue so there is no way the pin can start making the way out.

My mask definetly had it heavy as I was in the water pretty much every 3-4th day for few hours but It cannot justify the failure.
