I have a Salvimar One watch which I have owned for about 10 months. Very happy with it so far. Recently it froze on the time screen. I thought it was the battery and opened the back. A small sticker inside indicated that one can reset the watch by connecting two metal points with something conductive, shorting the system. Did this and the watch reset. Happy days. Today it froze again when I was scrolling through the different functions. Has anyone had this problem before and found a fix. I have not yet changed the battery, so could replacing the battery solve the problem?
Send it back? You are within 12mo. so I believe the retailer is the one to contact, within EU and UK.
