BBC I-Player (or the equivalent for the other channels) doesn't work outside of the UK. You can imagine my misty-eyed delight when one of our local Aus channels started playing Hollyoaks :inlove

Surely the BBC shouldn't mind spreading it's programming to the minds around the world?

Not bad, some beautiful footage by Jacques de Vos, and the presenter got some things right -though inevitably missed some of the subtleties. Sara did well, i thought.

I've seen it, and nice freediving footage. Though he also repeatedly emphasises the dangers. To bad he didn't visit Wim Hof for the cold bath treatment

Diving no suit in 12c water is possible with some training and tactics. (Getting in slow helps). I've had some enjoyable dives in a lake in Germany, with 17c surface and and 12c from -5m onward. Being very skinny and tall I still enjoyed 15 minutes of diving, doing dives up to 2'.
