Immersion Freediving 3 day PFI Freediver course
6.5 hours of classroom
2 three hour pool sessions
2 three hour actual in water dive time.
Average student does 2.5 - 3.5 minute breath hold and 60ft dive.
Immersion Freediving 4 day PFI Intermediate Freediving course
10.5 hours of classroom
2 three hour pool sessions
3 three hour actual in water dive time.
Average student does a 4 - 5 minute breath hold and a 100ft dive.
All courses have 1.5 hours of online video learning as well as personal one on skype session to properly teach frenzel.
