Im a lazy cook and not really into fancy food so eat a hell of a lot of curry roflroflrofl

1) chop a handfull of mushrooms, an onion and 2 chillies ( with or without seeds.)

2) lightly fry until they start to brown

3) throw in raw king/tiger prawns (more the merrier)

4) lightly cook until they start to change colour.

5) pour in a jar a sharwoods cantonese curry sauce, bring to the boil and then turn the heat down.

6) take as many scallops as you like and cut in half,
place them on top of the curry and pop a lid on.

cook for 3 minutes and serve with egg fried rice and a bottle of beer:friday

Its important not to over cook this dish and the amount of chillies is up to you. Mine blows my head off everytime I have it but the flavour is GREAT :friday:friday:friday

Enjoy
