Scallops on toast with Crab and Bacon

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

I love this as its simple and quick ( asuming you've left some crab:))


fry 2 pieces of bacon and then dice.

fry 2 scallops in the juices of the bacon

add the crab meat (pre-cooked) bacon and a small amount of homemade garlic butter and fry for 1 minute.

place on toasted Tiger bread ( I dont butter the bread) with a dolup of Mayo

serve with an ice cold beer :)

And there's no reason that it couldn't work just as well with cold lobster or shrimp, as well. Ooooo the possibilities! Great recipe, man.
