Raya Divers is a PADI 5-Star Instructor Development Center operating in two of Southern Thailand’s most popular holiday destinations Phuket & Khao Lak. We’re currently looking for motivated Scandinavian-speaking instructors to join our experienced and international team for the 2026–2027 winter season.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish, with good English communication skills
- Minimum PADI OWSI, in teaching status and insured
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
- Comfortable using social media as a tool for engagement and promotion
- A team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Must have own full set of dive equipment
- Additional language skills are a plus
