hey anyone know a good reliable sea conditions/tide app for use in the U.K.? Got the Metoffice but it's not that great.
Cheers

Just put in the nearest surf spot to your location. Or select from the map.

are you looking for a forecast or reporting. Magic seaweed or surfline ( there are others) will give ideas of sea state. I do have phone apps that display tides and tidal currents. Although stuff like a near shore visibility forecast/ reporting is not really available, maybe I should develop one taking into account the sea state, tide, rainfall, Phycological data. could be done, but would probably easier just to have something in the water measuring absorption/transmission of light

Hi sewin, it'd be great if you could get one that did tide, vis, temp, surface conditions. Even one that allowed user data. People could enter conditions post dive etc. Mind you looking at past weather conditions can indicate vis to a degree. Went for a dive a few weeks ago and although it was epic weather the vid was rubbish. Still good to be out though.
