Hi, I want to make an pump adaptor that have Schrader valve so I can use my shock pump with built in gauge.
I'm think using this two parts(links) and use teflon tape to seal the thread.
1/8" NPT Female to M14X1 Male
1/8" NPT male to Schrader valve

i probably will remove the schrader valve core so the pump pressure don't have to overcome the valve spring. The only thing Im not sure of if the Seac Asso valve have a built in valve spring similar to schrader valve. Im hoping the M14 adaptor thread will seal without an o-ring.

Thanks for all your input.

There is a valve spring in the Asso which supports a metal ball that acts as the valve stem.
