Seac sting

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
for entry level spear fishing the seac certainly does a good job in terms of accuracy especially wehn used in shallow water

Sorry for leaving a comment now, but I am new to this forum (first sign in - today) and I have a problem with my 65cm seac-sting speargun. yesterday, I bought an elastic band (50cm length and 14mm thick) and a wishbone to install it on my speargun. This means that the result will be a 'rounded' band inserted in the muzzle and another band (which was there when I bought it) = total of two bands.
Now, the problem is that when I load both bands, the shaft shoots itself as soon as I 'clip' the second wishbone. Can someone explain me what is the problem? (Hope that it is not a speargun which can only have one band, because the muzzle would be a waste)

Howzit. You can say what you will but I just shot a nice size barracuda dead as dead and it died instantly. This was shot with a stock standard sting 55. I didn't even have the sharp screw-on tip with me at that time so it was like using a round flat tip shaft. My supervisor is forcing me to post this as it is his gun.

Not sure if it will upload the photo but easily 1,2 to 1,4meter long
