If a remember correctly, there was recently a study talking about how holding breath and hypoxia can have positive effects. Does anyone have a link to it? I tried searching but didnt find anything, maybe my mind is playing tricks and there was never a study like this. If thats the case sorry making useless thread hehe.

Not sure but the last paper I read was about how there were neuronal byproducts being released in apnea subjects. I imagine the repeated exposure to hypoxia would cause erythropoietin increases much like training in low O2/high altitude does. post it if you find it.
