someone has just pointed out to me that I have misread Seb's comment "nothing great and I should know" - as referring to SaltFree, when in fact it is more likely referring to my referral to him as the "great man" - so that led to more misunderstanding and the banter above....

apologies to Seb and to anyone else who took offense!

If it's any excuse, I have such short time on line these days that I probably read and write stuff far too quickly.

I hope Sam that having recognised your mistake you will now do the course and learn from Seb, he has a lot to share that would be of value to UK freediving

.. Sam .. I admire your inner-courage to retouch Seb (now you had the initial move .. congrats) .. regarding the meaning of Seb's comment "nothing great and I should know" .. it's not only -more likely referring to my referral to him as the "great man"- it's actually the only meaning it is! .. I understood it the first time I read it, any man/woman should know by heart that he/she is not great, or else he/she would be the most ignorant person in the world, it's so simple ..
Now Seb .. Sam made the initial retouch, she is now step ahead .. .. you know what to do to cope with her right? .. good luck .. I love you two .. well I love you all DB .. :inlove .. this feels much better
