:ycard Hi everybody, Some months ago i came across a video clip where an instructor, in a class room discussed these issues very clearful and easy understandable for begginer freedivers.I tried to look for it in you tube and other webs but cannot find it again. Does any one of you have something to share with me please ? I just need to show it to some of my friends begginers maybe they open their minds and get some important information in their stubbern brains.
