Shipwrecks and Scuba Symposium

Bay Area divers 34th Shipwreck & Scuba is October 21, 2017 at Kalahari Resort in Sandusky, Ohio. The dinner program is Richie Kohler Dives the Titanic and Her Sister Ship, Britanic. Richie has explored and documented well-known shipwrecks such as the Andrea Doria, RMS Titanic and the HMS Britanic, but it was the identification of the WWII submarine U-869 that catapulted his diving career into the world of television and underwater documentary film-making.

Daytime programs are 9 am to 4:30 pm on Great Lakes shipwreck discoveries, research and salt water diving. They feature David Trotter, Jitka Hanakova, Joan Forsberg, Walter Lewis, Georgann & Mike Wachter, Jack Papes, Martie and Maggie Bailey and Rudy Whitworth.
