shops near chester/manchester/liverpool

i have done a bit of scuba in the past(padi open water) and have some kit (wetsuit,mask, snorkel, fins, weights + belt and a pneumatic speargun) but i would like to have a look round a shop for upgrades if i get back into it!

my wetsuit is one for surfing and i would like a hood and maybe a band powered gun.

are there any shops in the northwest of england worth having a look in?

There's DiveLife near Bury, which isn't too far from Manchester, but that is primarily a scuba shop. There's no one really selling spearfishing kit in the area, I'm in manchester and get all of my spearfishing specific kit online.

Decathlon in Manchester may do some spear in bits or on line ,but there's not a lot around mikes in warrington may do some odd bits. it ,s adventure sports newquay very good big stock ,alpena jersey good , Denni diving up north but they all have different trading names on net!go dive(Darby) lots of dive stuff (bottle) frogs born by air o space again dive stuff n crystle viz on south coast ?
