i have chronic enlarged turbinates, i went under a surgery a couple of years ago, and the dr was kinda stupid, so after the surgery something went wrong and i have been having narrow nasal passages, ever since
i have been like this for something like two years, and it wasn't a big deal, till i started to freedive a couple of month ago
i was going well with the freediving, till i started to dive with empty lungs
two days ago, i did 7 meters with empty lungs and i got that very strong pain in my sinus, and when i checked it onlinem i could find that it's called sinus squeez, so i was asking if there is a way to avoid the sinus squeez in my case
