Slow Ear & Reverse Block

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 90 days.

Hi,

I've been freediving a couple of years on and off, unfortunately I have been struggling with my left ear for the last year. It is very slow and sometimes won't equalise unless I tilt my head to the right. I regularly get a reverseblock in that ear and it can block so badly I have to stop diving for the day as I can't move air in or out of it.

Any suggestion?
