Sarge, like my waisteline at Christmas, you can multiply the recipe! Usually I make 3 dozen at a whack--for me. Went to Port Aransas a month ago w/ "fishing" buddies--they play cards & drink, I fish. Served up 2 lbs. of mussels prepared as mentioned. Had to fight for my life to even get some! Piggly pair wolfed down 3 bowls each! They also sopped all the sauce with baguett slices. I wouldn't let them touch any sharp impliments so's I cut the bread for'em.
