Sarge, like my waisteline at Christmas, you can multiply the recipe! Usually I make 3 dozen at a whack--for me. Went to Port Aransas a month ago w/ "fishing" buddies--they play cards & drink, I fish. Served up 2 lbs. of mussels prepared as mentioned. Had to fight for my life to even get some! Piggly pair wolfed down 3 bowls each! They also sopped all the sauce with baguett slices. I wouldn't let them touch any sharp impliments so's I cut the bread for'em.

Just give me a heads up. I supply food, we have a place to stay. You can choose to go out on Nema, my 17' sloop (she thinks she's about a 45 footer), the 21' Grady White or the 30' Sea Ray (which I haven't been aboard yet but seen her & she's a big beautiful girl). If we go on the power boats all chip in on fuel. BYOB. No man thongs allowed. We have plenty of fishing gear (too much) and bring your own dive stuff. PM for phone info. I'll be heading to Maine from July 5 - 20, and yes I intend to sneak my spearo gear into the van (heck I load everything anyway). :friday
